Love in Tartan

When we moved to Scotland, suitcase space was a hot commodity, but we made room for Jeff’s full kilt suit believing there would be plenty occasions to wear it. A few opportunities went unseized and it has so far hung as a lovely decoration in our closet. Not to feel like packing it all the way here was a complete waste, we got all dressed up today and wandered through the Cathedral ruins with our dear friend Tommi documenting. Jeff’s wearing his Macnaghten family tartan, including his grandfather’s sporran and shoes, and I am wearing a skirt my Grandmother had made in Campbell tartan when she and my grandfather were in Scotland years ago.
